Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp coleslaw, from the refrigerated section
- 3 Kalamata olives (pitted)
- 3 olives (Greek, stuffed with garlic)
- 2 slice(s) cucumber(s)
- 1 tomato(s) (red or yellow)
- 1 pepper (Greek)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 point ready-made mix (salad fix, French herbs)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and chop the tomato. Slice the cucumber and wash and spin dry the lettuce leaves. Dice the onion. For the dressing, mix Salatfix with oil, vinegar, milk, and Maggi. Thin with a little water if necessary. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces and place them in the center of the plate. Place the tomatoes on one side of the lettuce. Arrange the coleslaw opposite. Decorate the remaining empty spaces around the edge with the olives. Arrange the cucumber slices and chili peppers on the lettuce. Then drizzle the dressing and diced onion over the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
