Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 125 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
without bottom
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and then pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 60-70 minutes. Let cool and then serve.
