Noodles with fish fingers à la Marie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 fish fingers
  • 500 g farfalle (mini)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 g cream cheese, e.g. brunch, flavor of your choice
  • coriander
  • Salt
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Fry the fish fingers in margarine. Mix the brunch with the milk and add to the pan. Season with coriander. Toss with the noodles to serve.
