Salmon with tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 50 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 250 g salmon, frozen
  • 150 g bell pepper(s)
  • 3 g salt
  • 5 g turmeric powder
  • 5 g pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Thaw the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel. Place it in a lightly oiled pan and cook. Slice the bell pepper and add it to the salmon. Cook both together for a few minutes. Then add the tomato paste and toast. Add the spices and cook everything together for a while. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
