Noodles with minced meat and vegetable sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onion and sauté in a pan with olive oil until translucent, then add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Wash and dice the vegetables and add to the ground beef. Add the crushed garlic. Season well with salt and pepper and deglaze with the passata and water. Simmer for about 25 minutes over medium heat. Then thicken with tomato paste, sprinkle with the herbs, and continue simmering until the pasta is al dente.
