Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 points feta cheese
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle or penne)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Add a little oil from the tomato jar to a pan and heat the chopped tomatoes. Add the feta cheese and mix everything together. Season with pepper. Drain the cooked pasta briefly and add it to the pan with the tomatoes and feta. Mix everything together, seasoning with pepper if desired. Important: Add the feta to the pan with the tomatoes just before the pasta is cooked, otherwise it will melt before the pasta reaches the pan.
