Noodles with shrimp in coconut milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g peas (canned or frozen)
  • 300 g shrimp(s)
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • Ginger (small piece)
  • Sambal Oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the instructions. Lightly fry the shrimp, then add the peeled and diced ginger and fry lightly. Deglaze everything with coconut milk. Stir in half a teaspoon of sambal oelek. Then add the peas. Mix everything into the cooked noodles, and you’re done. LF30: 26.52%
