Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large potatoes, boiled, peeled
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 4 small gherkins
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cucumber juice
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thinly slice the potatoes, finely chop the eggs, onion, and pickles. Mince the garlic and place everything in a bowl. Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and pickle juice and season with salt, pepper, and Fondor. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the bowl and mix everything gently and thoroughly.
