Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 75 g cornstarch
- 125 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 75 g almond(s), ground or hazelnut kernels
- 100 g margarine
- 125 g nougat
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp water, warm
- 1 tsp fat (liquid palm oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sift cornstarch and flour onto a baking board, knead with the remaining ingredients until the margarine is softened, roll out, cut out equal-sized cookies, and bake. Spread two cookies together with warmed nougat. For the glaze, combine the remaining four ingredients and garnish the pastry with the mixture using a parchment paper bag. Bake for about 5 minutes in a preheated oven at high heat (200-225°C).
