Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground.
- 20 g brittle, hazelnut
- 100 g flour
- 25 g sugar
- 60 g butter
- 8 drops of rum flavoring
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp cream, nut nougat
- some hazelnuts, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
makes about 16 pieces
Knead together the ground hazelnuts, brittle, flour, sugar, butter, flavoring, salt, and 2 tablespoons of the hazelnut spread. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Then form into balls and decorate each one with a whole hazelnut, pressing down lightly. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the balls on top. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 6-8 minutes. Warm 2 tablespoons of the hazelnut spread and pour over the balls.
