Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground (or other nuts to taste)
- 125 g nougat
- 1 cup cake icing, dark or melted chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 7 minutes
Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer, then briefly knead by hand until a smooth dough forms. Roll out the dough and cut out circles using a round cutter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 7 minutes. Melt the nougat. Once cooled, spread one circle with nougat and stick it together with the second circle. Let it dry briefly. Dip halfway into melted chocolate coating.
