Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 125g Nutella
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
for about 40 pieces
Combine all ingredients in a dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they’re spaced apart, as they will spread out considerably, forming flat cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10-15 minutes. Makes approximately 40 cookies. Tip: They can be decorated with chocolate sprinkles after cooling.
