Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pack flavoring (bourbon vanilla)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 50 g Nutella, soft
  • 50 g Nutella, soft, for filling
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Combine flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and, using the dough hook on a hand mixer, mix everything into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/2 cm and cut out stars of various sizes. Place the stars on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Place 50 g of nut nougat spread into a small freezer bag, cut off a small corner, and sandwich two stars together at a time using the spread. Dust with powdered sugar.
