Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g nougat (nut nougat), dark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

a good mix of slightly bitter and sweet

Knead the soft margarine with the nut-nougat mixture (the flavor should be more chocolate and nutty than nougat). Add the egg, vanilla sugar, and salt and mix everything well. Sift the flour and baking powder and knead into the nut-nougat mixture until a smooth dough forms. Form the dough into a ball and let it rest for 1 hour. Shape the dough into a long, thin roll and cut it into equal-sized pieces. Knead the pieces again and shape them into small croissants. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 170°C (fan oven) for 10-15 minutes. Once the croissants have cooled, heat the chocolate glaze in a water bath and dip the croissants in it.
