Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150g Nutella
- 2 tbsp cognac
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
with Nutella
Mix the Nutella with the cognac. Add the egg yolks and whisk until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, add the cinnamon, and mix well. Fold the cream and cinnamon mixture into the Nutella mixture. Pour into a casserole or cake dish and freeze for about 2 hours. To serve, briefly place the dish in hot water and turn out. Simply cut into pieces and serve.
