Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g grapes, seedless
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 50 g pine nuts
- 1 bunch parsley, fresh
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 4 tbsp oil (grapeseed or rapeseed oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the grapes and dice the feta cheese. Finely chop or press the garlic. Toast the pine nuts. Finely chop the parsley, removing the stems. Mix everything together and add the oil. Let it marinate briefly.
