Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Nutella, for filling
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Shortbread cookies
Whisk the margarine until fluffy, then gradually add the egg yolks, sugar, and all the other ingredients. Using a piping bag (star nozzle), pipe the sticks onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, stick two sticks together with Nutella and dip both ends in chocolate glaze.
