Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml white wine, sweet
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 125 ml grape juice, white
  • 125 ml white rum
  • 125 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gently heat the white wine in a saucepan and dissolve the sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar in it, then let it cool slightly. Then stir in the grape juice, rum, and vodka. Strain the liqueur and bottle it. The white wine liqueur can be enjoyed with cheese fondue and baguette, as well as with any other cheese-based dishes, or simply on its own.
