Nua Pad Fireplace

The perfect nua pad fireplace recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Argentinian beef fillet
  • 1 small Turmeric root
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Chilli pepper fresh
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil brown
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 0,5 tsp Telly cherry pepper pounded
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 150 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 pinch Palm sugar
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • Tellicherry pepper
  1. Cut the beef fillet into strips and fry briefly in sesame oil! Take out of the pan and set aside.
  2. Peel the turmeric, ginger and garlic. Finely grate. Clean the chilli pepper, remove the core, wash and finely dice. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and wash. Wash tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stalk and dice. Cook rice on the side according to the instructions!
  3. Heat the sesame oil and toast the mustard seeds, cinnamon sticks and pepper until the seeds start to bounce. Then add turmeric, ginger and garlic and stir well! Roast the tomato paste and add the tomato cubes! Sizzle everything for 5 minutes. Then add the spring onion rings and cook for another 5 minutes!
  4. Deglaze with water and season with seasoning salt, garlic pepper, soy sauce, pepper and oyster sauce and refine with palm sugar! Put the beef fillet strips back into the sauce and heat for 1.2 minutes! Remove cinnamon sticks!
  5. Serve beef fillet with rice! 🙂
