Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 30 g yeast
- 60 g sugar
- 60 g butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- some milk, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into the well. Add a teaspoon of sugar and a little lukewarm milk, and mix with a little flour to form the pre-dough. Cover and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Beat the pre-dough with the remaining ingredients until light and fluffy, then let it rise for another 40 minutes. Scoop out pieces of dough with a teaspoon and bake in hot oil until golden brown.
