Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 can/n anchovies (Nuri), approx. 250 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • e.g. anchovy paste
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Mash them as finely as possible with a fork (smaller pieces are preferred) and add a little salt. Using a fork, also crush the fish and oil and mix well with the eggs. Add the mayonnaise. Mix everything well. Season the mixture to taste and refrigerate for a while.
