Ingredients for 1 servings:
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the baking pan
- 180 g margarine
- 180 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 bottle of bitter almond flavoring
- 250 g flour
- 1 shot of mineral water
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Bake in a greased and breadcrumb-dusted loaf pan for about 1 hour at 170 degrees Celsius. You can also make a hazelnut or almond cake. Simply use 200 g of the desired ingredient.
