Nut Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • n. B. Chocolate coating
  • n. B. Rum

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

fluffy cake, quick to make

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and grease a cake pan. Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix together the nuts, flour, and baking powder and stir in. Stir in rum, if desired. Pour into the cake pan and bake for about 50 minutes. Once cooled, the cake can be covered with chocolate coating. It tastes good on its own, too.
