quick and tasty

Mix the nuts, sugar, baking powder, oil, and eggs with a tablespoon to form a batter. Pour the batter into the omelet maker and place it in the microwave. Cook at 600 watts for 5 minutes, then let stand for 2 minutes. The small cake can easily be turned out onto a plate. It’s delicious with cream or fruit, or simply on its own. If you don’t have an omelet maker, you can also divide the batter between two large coffee mugs and microwave them the same way. However, the mugs must be greased beforehand.
