Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 300 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g hazelnuts, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks and powdered sugar until frothy. Fold in the hazelnuts and chopped chocolate. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Using two teaspoons, place small heaping pieces onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top each with a hazelnut. Makes about 45 pieces. Bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C (fan oven).
