Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
- n. B. cheese, grated
- Salt
- e.g. butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Whisk the eggs and season with salt. Chop the cooked ham into small pieces. Heat some butter in a pan. Pour in the eggs, spread the cooked ham over the eggs, and sprinkle the cheese on top. I always add enough cheese so that there’s a little bit of cheese all over the pan. Stir and let it set.
