Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g hazelnuts, grated
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g butter
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
delicious at Christmas time
Mix all ingredients into a dough. Chill for half an hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out any desired shapes. Bake the cut-out shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 175°C (preheated) for 15 minutes.
