enough for about 40 pieces
Mix flour, 200g margarine, salt, 100g brown sugar, and eggs into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread ½ jar of apricot jam evenly over the dough. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Meanwhile, boil 125g margarine, 100g brown sugar, and water. Stir in the nuts, then let cool slightly. Spread the nut mixture over the jam and bake for about 15-20 minutes. While still warm, cut small triangles from the dough and let cool. To make chocolate corners, heat 200g milk chocolate coating and dip each side of a nut corner into the chocolate. Let dry on baking paper for a few hours.
