Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ jar jam (apricot)
  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 200 g couverture (milk chocolate)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix flour, 200g margarine, salt, 100g brown sugar, and eggs into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread ½ jar of apricot jam evenly over the dough. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Meanwhile, boil 125g margarine, 100g brown sugar, and water. Stir in the nuts, then let cool slightly. Spread the nut mixture over the jam and bake for about 15-20 minutes. While still warm, cut small triangles from the dough and let cool. To make chocolate corners, heat 200g milk chocolate coating and dip each side of a nut corner into the chocolate. Let dry on baking paper for a few hours.
