Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ apple
- ½ pear(s)
- 1 small banana(s)
- 2 tbsp honey
- some lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp flaxseed, optionalmore
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, possibly more
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- 3 tbsp almonds, more if desired
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, possibly more
- 3 tbsp oat flakes, more if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Pureed fruit salad with nut mix, very healthy, tastes slightly sweet
Dice the apple and pear. Slice and halve the banana. Mix the honey with a little lemon juice and pour over the fruit. Toss the fruit with the honey and let the fruit salad marinate in the refrigerator. Mix the nuts and seeds together. Once the fruit salad has marinated, combine it with the nut mixture and puree.
