Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt (0.1%)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, better 5-grain flakes
- 2 tbsp cornflakes, whole grain crunchy flakes
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 handful of grapes (white)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Core the apple and cut into small pieces. Slice the banana. Halve and core the grapes. Mix the yogurt with cinnamon and honey and toss in a bowl with the sliced fruit. Sprinkle with flakes and cereals and enjoy. You can substitute any fruit you like (e.g., strawberries, oranges, etc.).
