Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ bottle of rum flavoring
- 1 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g wheat flour
- 6 g baking powder
- 150 g semolina
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g dark chocolate

For the dough, cream the butter until fluffy and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, flavoring, and egg. Stir in 2/3 of the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder, a tablespoon at a time. Knead in the remaining flour, the semolina, and the ground hazelnuts. If the dough is sticky, chill it for a while. Shape the dough into logs (about 2 cm in diameter), cut off slices about 1/2 cm thick, form them into balls, and place them on a greased baking sheet. Lightly press a hazelnut into each ball. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175-200°C (preheated). Melt the glaze according to the instructions and sprinkle very thin stripes over the top.
