very easy, very quick, very tasty

Peel the banana, break it into 3 pieces, and place it in a blender. Pour the chocolate milk and hazelnut syrup over it, then top up with the milk. Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds until it becomes lightly frothy. Serving suggestion: Serve in a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice (see image). If you don’t want ice pieces in the glass, simply add the ice to the blender. Recipe variation 1: Add a shot of rum to the blender to make an alcoholic cocktail. Recipe variation 2: At Christmas time, add a pinch of cinnamon to the blender. This cocktail also tastes good with warm milk. The basic recipe contains 80 calories per glass.
