Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 240 g sugar
  • 160 g oil
  • 480 g milk
  • 8 g vanilla sugar (Bourbon vanilla)
  • 400 g flour
  • 18 g baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, grated
  • 200 g nougat, diced

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Arrange the paper baking cups on the baking sheet. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and light yellow. Combine the flour with the hazelnuts, baking powder, and nougat cubes. Stir the oil, milk, and nut-nougat flour mixture alternately into the egg mixture. Once all ingredients are blended, fill the paper baking cups with the mixture until they are half full. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15-25 minutes. Note: The number of muffins will vary depending on the size of the paper baking cups.
