Nut Pralines

The perfect nut pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g White couverture
  • 200 g Whole milk couverture
  • 1 packet Hazelnut nougat
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  1. Melt the white couverture in a water bath and fill a praline mold up to halfway. Let it solidify in the refrigerator.
  2. Melt the whole milk couverture with hazelnut nougat and stir in the brittle. Brittle chocolates
  3. Put together on the white couverture and let it set for about 2 hours.
  4. Then press out of the mold, and enjoy.
