Nut Pralines
The perfect nut pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g White couverture
- 200 g Whole milk couverture
- 1 packet Hazelnut nougat
- 100 g Hazelnut brittle
- Melt the white couverture in a water bath and fill a praline mold up to halfway. Let it solidify in the refrigerator.
- Melt the whole milk couverture with hazelnut nougat and stir in the brittle. Brittle chocolates
- Put together on the white couverture and let it set for about 2 hours.
- Then press out of the mold, and enjoy.
