Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Quickly knead the ingredients into a dough, then shape it into a 4-5 cm diameter roll. Mix the sugar and cocoa powder and roll the roll in it. Then chill for a few hours. Cut approximately 1 cm thick slices from the roll and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C.
