Nut – Yogurt – Waffles
The perfect nut – yogurt – waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Slice and fold in nuts:
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- 1 pinch Coarse salt
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 130 g Milk
- 6 Pc. European walnuts
- 3 Pc. Brazil nuts
- 10 Pc. Sliced hazelnuts
Brush the waffle iron:
- 1 teaspoon Rapeseed oil
Pollinate:
- 4 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- Slicing nuts results in approx. 5 tablespoons.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix quickly with the hand mixer.
- Subject nuts. Preheat the waffle iron.
- Possibly coat the waffle iron with a little oil, which is usually enough if you do it at the beginning. Remove a small amount of dough with the ladle and spread on the iron. Bake until the display gives the signal.
- Remove from the iron, place on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar. The waffles are very filling, enough for 2 waffles per person.
