Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,125 L Lukewarm water
  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 250 g Apples

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and whisk with the sugar and eggs. Now add the flour, baking powder, hazelnuts and water. Now stir everything into a creamy dough. Now peel the apples, grate and stir into the batter. Now turn on the waffle iron and always use a ladle of batter to bake a waffle. If you like, you can sprinkle icing sugar over it.
