Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0,125 L Lukewarm water
- 50 g Ground hazelnuts
- 250 g Apples
Instructions
- Melt the butter and whisk with the sugar and eggs. Now add the flour, baking powder, hazelnuts and water. Now stir everything into a creamy dough. Now peel the apples, grate and stir into the batter. Now turn on the waffle iron and always use a ladle of batter to bake a waffle. If you like, you can sprinkle icing sugar over it.
