Nutritionists Declare the Insidious Danger of Buckwheat

According to nutritionists, buckwheat is primarily dangerous for women over 40-45 years old. In addition to the beneficial properties of buckwheat porridge, it turned out that the popular Ukrainian cereal also has a number of negative properties that can literally “kill” health. Nutritionists told us about the people for whom buckwheat can be a dangerous product.

As it turned out, buckwheat has a deficiency of important trace elements in the body, which can lead to osteoporosis and tooth decay.

According to nutritionists, buckwheat is primarily dangerous for women over 40-45 years old, because due to insufficient calcium absorption, the risk of osteoporosis increases significantly. People who have digestive problems should also be careful with buckwheat, as it can cause stomach cramps and other unpleasant phenomena.

People suffering from allergies should avoid this cereal altogether, and people with diabetes, hypertension, kidney failure, or stomach ulcers, as well as pregnant women, should eat buckwheat porridge very rarely – no more than 1-2 times a month. Experts also note that an attempt to lose weight with a buckwheat diet can have a whole bunch of unpleasant consequences and literally “kill” your health.

The side effects of such a diet can include headaches, apathy, loss of strength, and lethargy. However, experts emphasize that you shouldn’t give up buckwheat porridge altogether, as it strengthens the body and protects against cancer.
