Oat-banana pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes, fine, gluten-free
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), rice, oat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas, ripe

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blend the oats in a blender until flour is fine. Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. Gradually cook the batter into small pancakes in a pan. Alternatively, you can soak the oats with the milk and mashed banana overnight. Add the baking powder and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Add a little more milk if necessary. Gradually cook the pancakes into small pancakes in a pan. If you like, you can also sweeten the pancakes.
