Hudson Wrap Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large chicken breast fillets
  • e.g. crème fraîche
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 4 wraps
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 shots of sweet chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty with few ingredients

First, rinse the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper. Brush the wraps with the sweet chili sauce and place small mounds of crème fraîche on top. Then place the chicken in the center, sprinkle with cheese, and top with another layer of sweet chili sauce and crème fraîche. Roll up the wraps; I always wrap them in aluminum foil, but don’t wrap them completely. Place the wraps in the oven at 180°C until they’re golden brown.
