Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml water
- 1 ½ tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 75 g oat flakes
- 450 g flour (wheat)
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Add the ingredients in the correct order. Select the basic program for up to 1000g of bread. I always add fresh oatmeal. Sesame or flaxseed also works well.
