Oat Chocolate Cookies

The perfect oat chocolate cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 70 g Melted coconut oil
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 50 g Raw cane or whole cane sugar
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 60 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 60 g Crushed nut’s
  • 1 Msp Tartar baking powder
  • 50 g Baking-Proof chocolate droplets
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon or cardamom
  1. Mix the egg, coconut oil and sugar until creamy, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread the relatively firm dough in small portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper and shape it slightly flat and round with a spoon.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees fan-assisted for about 13 minutes.
