Ingredients
- 70 g Melted coconut oil
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 50 g Raw cane or whole cane sugar
- 100 g Oatmeal
- 60 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 60 g Crushed nut's
- 1 Msp Tartar baking powder
- 50 g Baking-Proof chocolate droplets
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Msp Cinnamon or cardamom
Instructions
- Mix the egg, coconut oil and sugar until creamy, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread the relatively firm dough in small portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper and shape it slightly flat and round with a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees fan-assisted for about 13 minutes.
