Oat flakes with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 100 g sugar, depends on how sweet you like it
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Super easy, quick and delicious

Melt the butter (works great in the microwave). Gradually stir in all ingredients (egg last). Place the mixture in small heaps on the baking sheet. Leave plenty of space between the heaps; the cookies will spread and become very flat. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200°C (180°C fan oven) until golden brown. The original recipe doesn’t include cinnamon, but we like it best this way.
