Oat flakes with cocoa

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, not Kaba or similar.
  • 9 tbsp fine oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Nuts, ground, for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Knead all ingredients except the ground nuts into a dough and form small balls. Roll them in the nuts and refrigerate for at least one hour.
