Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 400 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bag of hazelnuts, whole kernels, for garnishing
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and salt until fluffy. Gradually stir in the milk, oats, hazelnuts, and the flour mixed with the baking powder. Using two teaspoons, drop the dough into small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press a hazelnut onto each cookie. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
