Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Raw cane sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 250 g Oatmeal
  • 1 packet Backpuklver

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter together with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add the eggs and whip until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the oat flakes and add spoon by spoon until a firm, malleable dough is formed.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Now shape the dough into hazelnut-sized balls, then press them flat and place them on the baking tray. And then bake on the middle rack for 12 minutes.
