Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Raw cane sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 250 g Oatmeal
- 1 packet Backpuklver
Instructions
- Beat the butter together with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add the eggs and whip until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the oat flakes and add spoon by spoon until a firm, malleable dough is formed.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Now shape the dough into hazelnut-sized balls, then press them flat and place them on the baking tray. And then bake on the middle rack for 12 minutes.
