Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 3 eggs
- 2 bags of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- possibly fried onions or rosemary or lean ham cubes
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
without yeast
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. Let the bread cool in the pan.
