Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 600 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp, heaped pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

without flour, with grainy cream cheese

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The kernels and seeds can be swapped or omitted as desired. Line a 30 cm loaf pan with baking paper, pour in the batter, and bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (375°F) for 55 minutes.
