Oatmeal cake with tangerines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g butter
  • 145 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g oat flakes
  • 1 can mandarin orange(s), 175 g drained weight
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the salt and eggs and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then combine the flour, baking powder, and oats and stir in. Finally, fold in the mandarin oranges. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
