- 1 avocado(s), approx. 200 g
- 1 tsp mayonnaise, sugar-free
- 1 tsp mustard, sugar-free
- salt and pepper

Halve the avocado, remove the pit (save the pit!), and mash the flesh with a fork until creamy. Season with mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and salt. To prevent the avocado cream from turning brown, store it by placing the pit in the center of the cream and pressing it in halfway. For variation, you can also stir very finely diced tomatoes into the cream. The cream tastes great as a dip for low-carb pork rind chips. 100g of avocado cream has 0.4g of carbohydrates.
